Way of Life Matters » Carola Schleuss studied the healing arts in Santa Cruz, California for six years. Completing 750 hours of holistic nutrition, certifiying her as a Nutritional Educator/Consultant through the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition, an accredited program, Carola has a deep appreciation for the theory of Chinese medicine and uses this theory in her nutrition practice. She studied with herbalist and acupuncturist Christopher Hobbs, and completed Rosemary Gladstar's herbal program.
